Last week, I was with C3 Church Santos, in Santos, Brazil. The last night that I was with them, Pastor Fabio asked me to teach on leadership. Their church is growing and thriving and they need more great leaders to help them continue having an impact in their community.

I did an overview of how the Bible defines leadership and then we got into some more practical things. No pastor has ever said, “I’ve got plenty of volunteers. I don’t need anymore!” In reality, we are always looking to add people to our teams and I shared some principles on how to recruit new team members.
