“Fear not.”

Mark Driscoll shared a great message last week at Catalyst about fear. He asked the questions, “Who or what are we afraid of?” For many leaders, fear is a constant companion. For others, it just rears its ugly head from time to time. The stress that many of us face is caused by fear in one form or another. This might lead to sleeplessness, sickness, or depression.

When we were younger, we might have thought of fear as peer pressure. As we get older, we might think of it as people pleasing. Who are we trying to please?

Fear is vision without hope.

Fear is powerful, but not rational.
