Who are We Blaming?

“People ruin their lives by their own foolishness and then are angry at the LORD.” (‭Proverbs‬ ‭19‬:‭3‬)

Have you ever done this? We can be our own worst enemy by the choices we make and our own bad decisions. Then we get angry at God because he does not protect us from the consequences of those decisions.

Free will is a powerful thing. We all want it. We all love to exert our own will. Our free will comes with a very high price tag, though. That price tag is that God allows us to reap the consequences of the choices that we make, both good and bad.

What are some examples of this that you can think of?
